Can you customise the Little Gym Book for my business and/or workouts?
We certainly can, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Customisation is perfect for PT's, coaches, gyms etc.
What is the returns policy?
We offer a 14 day returns policy started from the day after your order is dispatched. For more detail please see our returns page.
Unfortunately customised products cannot be returned.
What are the shipping options?
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail, usually delivered in 2-3 working days including Saturday. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee when your order will be delivered.
Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the UK at the moment, we plan to have international delivery as an option in the near future.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Please let us know as soon as possible, we will do our best to send a replacement the same day.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
While this is rare, we understand that it is frustrating. Please let us know as soon as you can, we will share the returns information to you as soon as we can and get a replacement dispatched as soon as possible.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please let us know as soon as possible using the contact options shown below. Sometimes we're working so fast your order may have been dispatched already, we'll do what we can to help.

We are located in Cheshire, just south of Manchester.
How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
All our products are designed in house and manufactured by local suppliers we know and trust. If available, we will always choose sustainable and recyclable materials, for the products and packaging.
